Seconds not updating in second line #401

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Configure the clock so the seconds be displayed in line 2
2.Don't display seconds in line 1

the second when tint2 was opened.

> If seconds are displayed in line 1 and line 2 both work normally.

I'm using svn version in Arch Linux

I get the same problem on Crunchbang Statler using Tint2 version 0.11-svn.
