Unhide panel by click #410

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tint2 0.11+svn2011 amd64 on Debian Sid

Please provide any additional information below.
in some very cluttered interfaces it's easy to unexpectedly unhide a panel. 
It's very annoying when I drag something in editor and panel appears exactly 
over thing where I would like to drop this thing.

Will be nice to have option to make panel appear only when use click with mouse 
over the edge where panel is hidden
