[wiki] fix build/install instructions

Hi, I've noticed some things are wrong on the wiki.

For debian (and maybe ubuntu), you should add libgtk2.0-dev to the list of 
build dependencies. It's needed to properly compile tint2 sources (./configure 
complains about it when it's missing)

Not sure if the install instructions for Ubuntu are still up-to-date. Just 
installing tint2 from Ubuntu repos should be fine. At least, on debian it is. 
Please add a "Debian" section instructing "Simply run: sudo apt-get install 
tint2".

Build/install instructions updated.

However the manual config and the tint2conf sections still need to be updated. 
Will do as we approach the next release.
