I can open file manager rox but minimized and not in front.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Using openbox as WM and tint2 as panel and rox as file manager.
2.Trying to open Rox but it never opens window in front just minimized on 
taskbar and flashing there.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected=File manager window launched in front view. I see on taskbar a 
flashing hint of launching it in the background.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.11-5 on Arch Linux x86_64 kernel 3.9.5-1
