Word wrap at word boundaries #437

In a task, the text can display on multiple lines, but it breaks up the text at 
arbitrary boundaries.  It would be better to break the text at a word boundary, 
much like this textbox here does.

Reproduction:

1. You may need to adjust tint2 so text is small enough to fit on two lines of 
a task
2. Open a task with a long task item description
