transparency support

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.make tint autohide
2.make panel layer top
3.make strut policy none

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when pannel appears over any window it has background of screen but not the 
window under it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.11

Please provide any additional information below.
i have noveau driver on archlinux, transparency of lxterminal works fine.

I have this problem. You state that you fixed it, but you do not say how.

This problem can be fixed by adding compton compositor to your autostart 
section.
In case you are using openbox it lays under ~/.config/openbox/ directory.
