Drawing a single cthulhu after a cthulhu was removed via Evil Presence immediately ends the game #39

It appears to count as both cthulhus, even though one was dranw.

I haven't tested it but I imagine this is the fix: https://github.com/dinosachi/lovecraft/compare/master...dinosachi:lovecraft:CthulhuCondition?expand=1
