Issue trying to build DragCanvas_Sample #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. trying to build the DragCanvas_Sample.mxml
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flex 2.0155577
os/X tiger

Please provide any additional information below.
error :
Could not resolve <flexlib:DragScrollingCanvas> to a component implementation.

Have you defined flexlib.swc as part of the library path for mxmlc?  

What steps are you taking to build the sample?  If you're using FlexBuilder, 
have you
added flexlib.swc to the "Library Build Path" option in the project properties?
