Station.antStructureHeight max value #2

SSRF Validation Error[Station.antStructureHeight maximum digits violation ANTHEIGHT [3] for "1386".]

The antenna structure height must accommodate at least 4 digits.

3 digits is fine - units are meters and very unlikely to have a 1000 meter tower.
