Wii U Pro controller not working as an actual controller #120

I've paired and connected the Wii U Pro controller through the Sync menu, and I can see in the controller's tab that WiinUPro can pick up all of the inputs. However, I'm unable to actually use it as a controller. I've manually assigned each button and axis to the correct ones on the XBox 360 controller (which shouldn't be a thing you have to do), and yet games still don't recognize it at all. How can I fix this?

Sorry, missed following up on this. Do you have the drivers for the Xbox controller emulation installed and have you added a virtual XInput device?

hey i have the same problem. Wiinupro picks up the inputs from my wii u pro controller but it seems as if the xinput doesn't work at all.

What do you mean when you mean when you say "added a virtual XInput device"
