WiinUPro closes and freezes controller input, re connecting creates duplicate xinput device #140

WiinUPro occasionally closes after longer periods of gameplay or being disconnected, re opening and adding my controller again creates a new xinput device, while the old one stays as player one until reassigned with steam. The first xinput device only disappears after restarting the pc.

OS: Windows 11 22H2 Build 22621.2506 Controller: Wii U Pro Controller (WUP-005) Bluetooth Hardware: Broadcom 20702 Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter Exclusive Mode and Toshiba Mode are disabled.

Come to think of it maybe this could be merged with #138 ?

You're probably right about these being related. Trouble is if the program is crashing then it's not getting a chance to clean up any open virtual XInput devices.
