DJ Hero turntable for use with spin rhythm xd #71

a guy on youtube set it up to do so, but he had to essentially gut the turntable. i want to still be able to use it on my wii u for dj hero. would it be possible to make the turntable a usable extension for wiinupro/wiinusoft?

Yeah, this is on the books when issue #24 was created.

ah. it was a long time since that was posted so i was kinda wondering how the progress on it has been so far? the turntable's values are already on wiibrew, so it couldn't be too hard, i hope?

Yeah, WIiBrew is typically what I reference. I haven't started coding it yet but I recall doing research on the turn table and it sounded like the tricky part was going to be figuring out how to translate the rotation of the turn table since it's continuous. I suppose the expected behavior would be like rotating a joystick around its edges?

I probably won't get an opportunity to work on the project again this year due to course work taking the little spare time I had.
