This feature is needed for auto formatting phone number input fields. In order to pick the right phone number pattern, user must select country.

Examples:

Semantic-UI Labeled Input field (domain version) - html structure inspiration (I'm up to better solutions if you have any)
2. Provide country selector

Don't bother about images or design. Most probably they will be changed in design process. Logic is the most important thing right now :)
