Work In Progress. Please, do not merge!!!

This PR is not ready to merge yet. It is published to discuss the changes it contains. All these changes need to be done that published npm middleware version to be ready to use with Angular or in other WebPack-based build process.

As I know this PR brokes the client-library tests. I'm going to fix them but before I need to make sure that I'm going in right direction.

Now I am commenting out the changes in this PR to clarify the reasons.

I think all of the important changes from this PR have been integrated and issues created for the others. Going to close this for the time being.
