Consistency Ladder Only Considers Last 10 Races

Describe the bug In the consistency ladder description, it says that your score will be the average of your last 20 matches, but I know from using my personal average calculating script that its actually only taking the last 10 matches into account. I don't know if this is an issue with the description or with the score calculation, but either way there is a bug.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Complete 10 races in the consistency ladder, keeping track of your scores
2. Complete an 11th race, and see that your score is the average of the 10 most recent ones

Expected behavior It should take up to 20 races into account

It's supposed to be 10 matches since we figured that 20 matches would be way too much to just participate. I'm assuming you're referring to "All players that have at least 10 matches will appear showing their Average speed based off their twenty most recent matches."

We simply forgot to change that word in the description.
