Add timestamps to the global chat #29

It would be really cool if we were able to see timestamps for the messages in the global chat, just so we know whether a message was sent recently or not.

Once we know if we're keeping Global Chat permanently we will add the same features that you see in Custom match.

Updates to the global chat have been implemented and will be released next update.
