Add Simplified Chinese to language list #34

The translation progress for simplified Chinese has reached 100% on onesky. Wondering if it could become a choice in the settings-language for users to choose.

It could be, just haven't gotten around to adding all the new languages yet.

I'm closing this as I add languages in batches anyways.
