Problem

Eric would like to run a TGIF series, much like they do in the Silicon Valley. A web-based Question-asking platform is necessary for this, to allow staff to post questions and vote up interest in questions.

Proposal

Use Google Moderator for this.

Woops, turns out that Google Moderator is shutting down! We have one month to find a new alternative!
