Deploy one or both of these things to all clients, starting with N-Central. The initial catalyst for this is clients complaining about the inconvenience to be walked thru identifying the name of their computer.

We are noticing in the daily Sound Health meetings from listening to recordings that this is a very large problem. It's frustrating for client and us, and it take many minutes to help the client stumble thru the clicks to get to the point of identifying the name. What is the current status and what is the projected timeline?
