Inconsistent moving of stacks in 40 thieves. #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Moving stacks in 40 thieves is inconsistent.  Sometimes multiple cards will 
move and sometimes they won't.  I tried restarting a game that I was winning 
(but without playing the very last card) because I wanted to study what I had 
done.  Stacks that had moved the first game wouldn't move in the second game.  
Is there a rule?  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest, on Droid X, Android 2.3.3

Please provide any additional information below.
Thanks!  I enjoy the game.  I'd just like to know what to expect from one time 
to the next about moving stacks.
