Freecell frequentlly prohibits legal moves #115

It seems to happen at random, but it happens almost every game.  Sometimes 
cannot move a tableau (a decending set of alternating colors) to an empty 
cascade spot.  Sometimes a complete tableau cannot be moved (it only allows the 
bottom one or two cards of the tableau to be moved).  I am running the game on 
an Asus Eee Tablet.
