loses game in progress when phone call is received #53

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing a game - spider 
-or- just not closing game out in middle of game
2. Phone rings
3. Re-open solitaire and new game has been dealt (not same game restarted, but 
a new game)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to continue in-progress game; new game is started

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest market version on mr G1
