Epic 4g no button to deal in spider

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Starting a game of spider
2. Running out of moves from initial deal
3. No deck shown in spider to tap, and no trackball or associated button on 
epic handset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to be able to deal somehow so as to be able to continue my game, but 
instead the game is rendered unplayable on my new phone. Used to have so much 
fun playing spider on my hero. :( 
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most recent update as of 12/01/10 on android 2.1 for samsung epic 4g

I updated Ken's code and recompiled it so send me an e-mail and I'll send you 
the updated version.  I have two version, one that uses the search key to deal 
the cards and one that uses the up-volume key.  I would post it on the Market

I have a new samsung galaxy and have the same issues as others - no track ball. 
I do love this game and would like to play it on the go
