There is a "Star Solitaire" app on the market that looks suspiciously similar 
to solitaire-for-android, but has no reference to it.

The Market entry 
(http://www.android.com/market/#app=com.kiwifruitmobile.solitaire) only refers 
to a parked spam domain (kiwi-mobile.com).

You might want to investigate whether this app is a illicit copy of 
solitaire-for-android.
