merlin/call function is not availabe in merlin 2.5.4 #22

I had a look at this and it is actually a bit more complicated than expected. There is no good equivalent of merlin/call in 2.5.4. It would be more work than what I can do right now to support both merlin 3 and merlin 2 at the same time. So this is on hold.

This is a problem for old versions of reasonml. But latest reason-cli is using merlin 3 so I don't think it worth fixing this.
