Back to Page hyperlink is not found in all pages (eg. page 23).

This might cause some hindrance to the reader to scroll up/down to the previous/next available hyperlink

Our back to page hyperlink is at the end of each sub-section and not page, as certain sub-sections span across multiple pages and the user would complete the sub-section reading before returning to the 'Top'
