Implement kill mob quest, add quest rewards #226

You can now define a kill mob step in your quest
You can drag items from the left menu in the content editor to add them as rewards. Stack sizes will be respected.
Rewards show in the quest journal in-game
Rewards are added to the player inventory when the quest completes
The quest_helper responds to the signal that is emitted when a mob is killed.

I haven't tested if the 'collect' step and the 'kill' step work if you put them in one quest.
