Basic quest

This PR adds a basic tutorial quest where the player crafts a stone spear after collecting the ingredients.

• Implements the craft step in the quest editor
• Reworked the forest map to be randomly generated
• Adds generic_forest_finds itemgroup with some forest items

Also includes minor fixes:

• Maplist now collapses when opening the content editor
• Overmap now centers when starting the game
• Saving a map properly updates it's references

I intent to expand this quest further to also include combat and exploration.
