Saving and loading of equipment doesn't work properly

Steps to reproduce:

Start a game. Put the machete in the left hand, replacing the M4a1
Press esc and return to main men
Press load game
Open the inventory and observe that the machete is gone and there's now an M4A1 in your inventor and in your hand.
