Adds a tip to each step in the quest. A tip is not required but can aid the player. I did consider alternatives, like adding a quest marker to the overmap. Or having an item tooltip that tells you where to find it. We can still do that later, but for now this will do.
Also updates the readme to include quests.
Also removed the collect 5 scraps quest and merged the kill 2 scrapwalkers quest into the beginnings tutorial.
