Have clothes alter inventory size #349

We currently have a fixed inventory size of 1000. This cannot be altered by any item.

We should change this to:

Make player inventory volume capacity a playerattribute, but give it a "hardcoded" tag and a default value of 1000
Allow clothing type items to accept the inventory volume playerattribute in order to increase or decrease the limit
When an item with the inventory volume modifier is worn, the modifier is applied and the player can carry more
