underline all possible main lines in a shabad #2

not just the main line used to load shabad

In amrit keertan there are some shabads that appear more than once in the index due to having different possible main lines.

One example is har ka naam ridhe nit dhaee and our mere san sada hai.. in the actual pothi, anything that appears in the index is underlined in the shabad, so both would be underlined.
