Fix "Baisakhi" in translations to be "Vaisakhi" #32

https://www.sikhitothemax.org/shabad?id=3980&q=Baisakhi&type=3&source=all&highlight=47360 is not fixed but bani_db is showing a pending change even though i believe it received +2 votes @ManjotS
