Merge lines for display on one screen

Would like ability to merge two consecutive lines into one display screen. Sometimes, during Kirtan, a shabad is sung where the asthayee or antras are on two lines but sung together and you have to keep going back and forth to display them. Sometimes they are very short lines so switching between the lines can get fast.

Multi-select up to two lines and have a link or a lock button which ties them together so both lines are displayed together on screen...
