Fixes the following issues
Unsee eye in settings in dark mode #1857 Current tukk not highlighted in Ocean theme #1854
Sort history overlaps with the dropdown #1855 Moved it to the pane header
And the issues pointed in #1859
Open annoucement overlay from quick insert, and login button in favorites pane
Moved the shabad pane header in a single row in pane header, also tweaked the color of Hide display button
Sarovar theme colors
Add splash screen
