Steps to reproduce:

Press Ctrl+G, nothing happens - (expected to open Insert Dhan Guru slide selection)
Open the announcements pane, Dhan Guru selection modal is now visible and the shortcut only work when it is open

Another minor related issue

Ctrl + G selection doesn't show Dhan Guru slides in Punjabi when Gurmukhi is switched on in Announcement pane
