Hover-cursor-mode for larivaar assist and Learn Larivaar

Recently came across a really well done implementation of larivaar-assist from Discover Sikhism

Would be useful to have this functionality since only the specific word that the user needs the padched for gets highlighted as opposed to everything in the shabad or ang.

Implementing the infrastructure to hover over and highlight individual shabads (words) with a cursor would be very useful because then its trivial to add mahan kosh hover lookup from #53 @bogas04 @tarunsingh5 @ManjotS http://www.srigranth.org/servlet/gurbani.gurbani?Action=Page&Param=1
