What went wrong? The desktop software is no longer casting to chromecast.

Steps tried to resolve; -Tried changing theme, shabad and

• Tried restarting all laptops, computers, software, Chromecast, projector, TV etc -Tried using different versions of the software -Tried re-installing software -Tried using three different computers and laptops -Tried using different Chromecast devices -Tried on different networks (Home and Gurdwara) Non of these methods helped

The mobile app works Chromecast will cast everything else as per normal e.g(YouTube, STTM mobile, Screen mirroring, Chrome tab cast etc) but the Desktop app comes up with black screen with small logo.

Details; OS= Windows 10 Computer = 2 laptops and a desktop Wifi= working and Internet connected Software version= 6.3.0 and 6.3.1 and 5.3.4

What should have happened instead? Expected result; The Chromecast should display the Gurbani and at least the theme background. Black screen with logo remains instead

How can the issue be recreated by our team? Steps to reproduce;

Open SikhiToTheMax Desktop version From top left menu drop-down, select Cast then 'Search for Google Cast device" Select blue button with Chromecase labelled name from presentation screen (top-right)

Chromecast will display a black screen with the small Sikhi To The Max Logo in the bottom left

Which web browser are using? Chrome Version 79.0.3945.88
