move statistics toggle #36

can we move this to a place where it is less obvious? i want to limit opt outs

Any idea of where? I'm curious if we can remove this option entirely. There is no user sign-in so it's all anonymous data. Are there GDPR concerns or requests for this feature?

Its required by app stores.
