I am not sure if the transliteration option is easy to understand. Can we provide a simpler setting?

Just a thought, how about we change the language options to work like transliteration (as it changes all bani names in index)

(the existing language setting just changes settings options and about section, so it can be changed to affect the whole app for available languages)
