Title

To show events happening in gurudwara in one single app based on location

Problem Being Addressed

There are a lot of different programs which happen in gurudwara like camp, akahand keerthan, simran, seva which go unnoticed if people do not come to gurudwara regularly.

Proposed Solution

We will create an app that will display a list of events at the gurudwara which can be chosen based on location. Events can be added by the people who are hosting it or anyone and there will be verification process for that.

Target audience

Sikh Community. This will have far-reaching effects on young Sikh people. They can attend special events and thus get interested in it. Also, people can meet up for discussing about Guru Granth sahib, gurus, and different things.

Resources Needed

2 people. one for frontend and one for backend. Hosting in aws will cost around 30-40$ per month.

Definition of Success

A working prototype.

@hchhabada sikh.events does this and was a similar incubator projects (Sikh events) app. Would you like to take it over/revamp/work on it?
