Acceptance Criteria
[ ] The AI tool efficiently processes data in real-time and produces activity summaries with a delay of no more than five seconds from real-time.
[ ] The system utilizes no more than 10% of CPU resources on average for a mid-tier user system while active.
[ ] Memory footprint does not exceed 500 MB on average for a mid-tier user system.
[ ] The system's data collection and processing must scale effectively with the increase of user activity without degradation of performance beyond acceptable limits.
[ ] The system should optimize data storage, transmitting only necessary data points for summary generation to reduce bandwidth usage.
[ ] The tool ensures data privacy by encrypting sensitive data both in transit and at rest.
[ ] Summaries are dynamically adjusted based on user feedback to focus on most relevant activities.
[ ] An automatic error reporting system is in place to detect performance bottlenecks and optimize through continuous learning.
