As a new user, I want to be able to create an account on the app so that I can meet like-minded people to discuss a topic that the app selects based on my interests once a month.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] User can register with email, password, and interest selections.
[ ] User receives an email confirmation after registration.
[ ] User's interests are used to decide the topic for a meeting.
[ ] User can only register if they are 18 years of age or older.
[ ] User must agree to terms and conditions and privacy policy.
[ ] User can register only once with an email address.
[ ] User is provided with an error message if registration fails.
