As a platform, we need to enable users to pool stablecoins, earn interest, and provide financial assistance to members during crises in a decentralized manner.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Users can deposit stablecoins into the emergency fund pool.
• [ ] Users are able to view the current interest rate for the pool.
• [ ] Users can request financial assistance in case of an emergency.
• [ ] A smart contract automatically handles the distribution of funds upon a valid request.
• [ ] Users can view their current balance and transaction history.
• [ ] Users can withdraw their contributions from the pool at any time.
• [ ] The system supports multiple types of stablecoins.
