Item estimation

Description

As a user, I want to be able to estimate the quantity of items in a project.

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] User should be able to add new items to a project with a description and initial estimate.
• [ ] User should be able to view a list of all items in a project.
• [ ] User should be able to edit the estimate for an item.
• [ ] User should be able to mark an item as completed.
• [ ] User should be able to delete an item if desired.
