Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The site has proper drainage and runoff management systems in place according to local building codes.
[ ] All utilities (water, sewer, electricity, gas, and internet) have been brought to the site, and preliminary connections are ready.
[ ] The foundation has been laid according to the precise specifications of the modular units and is level and secure.
[ ] Roads and pathways to access the construction site for heavy machinery and modular units delivery have been established and are able to bear the required loads.
