As a provider of affordable modular housing, we need a reliable and efficient roof system that ensures the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our residents while being cost-effective to produce and easy to install.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] The roof system must comply with local building codes for weather resistance and load-bearing capacity.
[ ] It should have an insulation R-value suitable for the climate zone where it will be installed.
[ ] The design must support rainwater harvesting capabilities.
[ ] Materials used should be sustainable, recyclable, and have a minimal carbon footprint.
[ ] The roof system should be modular, allowing for easy transportation and assembly on site.
[ ] Installation of the roof system should be possible within one working day by a team of four.
[ ] The design should support integration with solar panels without the need for special tools or additional structural reinforcement.
