Acceptance Criteria
[ ] Wall panels must conform to the dimension standards of 4 feet wide by 8, 10, or 12 feet high.
[ ] Panels should have a structural framing system made from either wood or light-gauge steel.
[ ] Insulation within the panels must meet a minimum R-value of 21 for energy efficiency.
[ ] Panels must include necessary sheathing and vapor barriers.
[ ] Exterior surface should be prepared for siding or other finishes without additional framing.
[ ] Interior surfaces should be finished with drywall or equivalent, ready for paint or other finishes.
[ ] Wall panels must be designed for easy installation, with features for alignment and securement to the foundation and other panels.
[ ] Each panel must pass quality control checks for structural integrity, insulation quality, and dimensional accuracy.
