Keyboard Automatically Hides #125

This may be related to #103 but if you focus an input - 6 seconds later, without fail, the keyboard will hide (even if you're typing something!). I've dug around and haven't found any particular reason for this to happen. Doesn't happen in the web browser, does happen in the simulator and on the iPad.

I think this is a resolved issue, now that we have a custom keyboard.
