hover and tap events in profiles & achievements #82

tap on "meteorites badges" to show them tap on it again to hide them it should look like this: http://gyazo.com/6ea25f71987abf12a1cb38c6b04e9602 but it still seems to maintain the hoverstate and have the button-y look.

it doesn't go away until i tap on something around recent activity.

tapping around recent activity is kind of weird for me too since it looks like something is registering and it blinks at me.

I have a fix, I think, that should go out with the next site deploy. Will update when I can test it.
